These 10 principles and guidelines have been gathered from both the greatest minds of history and personal experience with their implemention. Here you have an opportunity for more.

Health, Performance and Success are closer to you than they have ever been.


1. Movement - move everyday for at least 3 x 5 min

1. Squat 30 sec, Hang 60 sec, Plank on hands 60 sec, Pike fists to the floor, Walk for 60 mins comfortably, preferably with hills and stairs. 5 tibetan rites

2. Progressions to Chin-ups, Push-ups, Body Weight Squats - challenge -> 5 min, 15 min, 30 min.

GLOBAL SOLUTIONS - movement built into work environment, less sitting in schools, public training equipment in key locations - Bondi / Ukraine, JFK initiative

2. Worthy Ideal - you can’t have success without this.

1. Write what you want to trade your life for in 1-2 paragraphs read it morning and night and re-write it as often as possible.

2. Make a plan for what it would take to get to your worthy ideal

3. Take daily action

4. Start a gratitude diary - write what you love in your life everyday

3. Whole Food - Money Doesn’t Grow On Trees, Food Does.

1. Take processed food out of the house, eat foods with less than 5 ingredients. Aim to keep processed foods to under 10% of the time.

2. Focus on vegetables

3. Transition to local organic, homegrown on your verandah / garden, community gardens

4. New Day New You - Learn

1. Develop a new skill/s to reinforce your ability to mentally adapt in a fast evolving world. 5-25 minutes per day of juggling, handstands, acrobatics guitar, language learning (Michelle Thomas, Pimsleur, )

2. Reinforce the way of thinking that will help you to your worthy ideal with daily learning. Read 10 pages or listen to 10 minutes of a positive book / audio book everyday.

3. Engage memory with number / name memorising tricks.

5. A Greed With Which We Have Agreed - Simplify

1. Invest in experiences and self-development more than material possessions.

2. Give something away each week that you haven’t used for a while or that isn’t improving your life.

GLOBAL SOLUTIONS - the exponential desire for more new stuff from fossil fuel sources will stop, we can choose how and when.

6. Look To The Light - Positive Media

1. Put yourself on a 90 day media ban. You’ll hear enough news from friends and by accident.

2. Use that time for focussing on positive news and self-development with audio books / reading etc.

GLOBAL SOLUTION: What we focus on grows. Millions of amazing loving acts occur everyday. The world hears about the terrible few distorting our view of humanity and ourselves. We can change this. I’ve travelled the world, I don’t meet “bad people” as much as I expected to initially.

7. CleanLIVING - Survival of the best detoxifiers!

1. Use 1 ancient Ayurvedic technique / day - oil pulling, nose rinsing, skin brushing / rubbing, salt / magnesium water flush, or more modern methods like - float tank, infra red sauna.

2. Have a partial fasting day once per week and a fasting day once per month. Water fast / raw fresh juice fast.

8. You Are Your Community - Community

1. Who you spend most time with will determine who you become. Build great community and you will have a great life. Move away from those not ready to change and eventually they will be carried in the wave.

2. Global - Support and participate in initiatives like CouchSurfing, WWOOF, etc. Global trust and brotherhood of man exists and is being cultivated, join in!

GLOBAL SOLUTIONS - The idea of bad people in far away lands has been perpetuated by people in search of more power for millennia. In the modern global community you can reach out and visit / become online friends with people anywhere in the world and see that they have many of the same goals, frustrations and challenges as you. There will never be a true enemy nation / religion only times of conflict which are at the base searching for more power (resources / money etc.)

9. Money Wise

1. Save 10% of what you earn.

2. Make sure your spending reflects your deepest values not keeping up with the Jones’ or what the latest advert told you to do. Give yourself CASH $ budgets for each week for certain activities

3. Avoid long-term / volatile debts. Interest rates will rise, unemployment will increase, this is especially important to remember in times of high wages and employment. This is where our “Simplify” principle comes in.

10. YouTIME

1. Make 1-5 min intervals to be in nature, a park in the city is fine, take your shoes off and learn as much as you can about a tree or blade of grass!

2. 3 Deep slow breaths x3 / day - breath in pure joy and love more intense with each breath (other options here are transcendental meditation, inner balance.).
